“Let love be the answer, love each other and bring back the love too much war, too much hate, too much back stabbing, too much malice, too much division, we need one love, we have one God, one heart no one is better than the other, so let us change our ways.”

from Monty G (lyrics from ‘Live in Love’)

"You say that God helps those who help themselves,
that's the way of those who love vanities and wealth,
couldn't my Lord, must be someone else,
when me check it out He helps those
who help someone else"

‘Don’t worry about ANYTHING; instead, PRAY about EVERYTHING. Tell God what you need, and thank him for ALL he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. HIS PEACE will Guard your HEARTS and MINDS as you live in Christ Jesus.

The Lord promises to work all things for our good. There's a far bigger picture than what we can see, and God weaves circumstances together in beautiful ways. He will strengthen and guide us in every step. #TakeHeartAndTrust #Romans 8:28

Concentrate On Your Inner Life And Obedience To God’s Word:
"In the old covenant, the emphasis was always on the external - "because of the hardness of men's hearts" (Matt. 19:8). The law emphasised cleanliness in the external. The new covenant, in contrast, emphasised cleanliness "inside the cup" first (Matt. 23:25,26). Jesus said in that verse (v. 26) that once the inside was cleansed, the outside would automatically become clean, so that there would be no need to clean the outside at all. One can see this clearly from Matt. 5:21-30. If one has cleansed his heart from anger, there would be no danger of his committing murder externally. Likewise, if he has cleansed his heart from sexually dirty thoughts, there would be no danger of his committing adultery externally. Clean the inside of the cup and the outside will automatically become clean.
Where the emphasis in a church is primarily on the externals - avoiding cinema going, smoking, drinking, gambling and wearing ornaments etc., - such a church will only become an old covenant church! The way to get rid of external evils is not by concentrating on them first, but rather on the internal worldly attitude of mind which produces those external evils.
There can be no inward cleansing without self-judgment. It is impossible to build the church unless this inward cleansing is constantly preached. The Bible tells us to exhort one another daily in the church to avoid being hardened by the deceitfulness of sin (Heb. 3:13; 10:25). Most Christian 'churches' have no interest in such preaching, except perhaps occasionally. Certainly not daily!. Hence they breed Pharisees with cups clean on the outside only. Here the bride of Christ must be different.
The emphasis in denominational Christianity is always on 'activity' - street preaching, house to house visitation, missionary work, etc. All this is good. But unfortunately it has taken the place of total obedience to God's word in the minds of most believers.
Jesus said that we were to teach all Christians to obey all that He had taught (Matt. 28:20). God requires obedience more than sacrifice (1 Sam. 15:22). It is a heathen concept that God requires us to go through various forms of physical suffering in order to prove our love for Him. This is very prevalent in the heathen culture in India and has unfortunately pervaded Christianity in our country as well. Spirituality is therefore seen as giving up one's job and going out to some difficult place, undergoing various hardships, etc. All this may involve much sacrifice, but it can never be a substitute for obedience to God's Word.
Our love for Jesus is not proved by sacrifice, but by obedience to His commandments - as Jesus Himself said in Jn. 14:15. To obey everything that Jesus has taught us in Matt. 5-7 is a far greater proof of our love for Him than even giving Him 50% of our salary or giving up our job and becoming a missionary.
Denominational Christianity is clearly pictured in the restless activity of Martha (Lk. 10:39-42). She was sincere, sacrificial, unselfish and zealous in her service for the Lord in the kitchen. Yet the Lord rebuked her. Her spirit was sour and critical of her sister Mary, who apparently was not doing anything sacrificial for the Lord. Mary was sitting quietly at the Lord's feet, waiting to hear His word before doing anything for Him.
This is to be our attitude - not restless activity, but hearing what the Lord has to say to us and then obeying that - not doing what our own reason suggests, but doing the will of God."

If only we could learn to fulfill the 1 new commandment Jesus gave us: "LOVE ONE ANOTHER AS I HAVE LOVED YOU" ... I think we would change the world.

He repeats it 3 times while talking to his disciples before facing the cross and prays to the Father that we may be one as they are one. Why is it that we have made such a mess of it?

It must break the heart of Jesus to see His bride in such a state, divisions, schisms, squabbling over His teachings, back stabbing, criticizing, judging, even demonizing … it's very sad … but I know that Jesus will build His Church and the gates of hell will not prevail against her. What does that mean? "the gates of hell won't prevail against the Church"? … it's not like gates are a typical weapon or something! one thought that comes to mind is that if people are being drawn to Jesus and turning from the gates of hell they're not prevailing or having any success. As though the devil's show is not selling out coz people are going to see Jesus. I believe that when we do embrace LOVE and UNITY the world will see Jesus.

I took a look at some of the other "ONE ANOTHERS" in the Bible and I think a look at them can help us fulfill the new commandment. Check them out and put them into practice (the hard part)

BE KINDLY AFFECTIONATE TO ONE ANOTHER
BE OF THE SAME MIND TOWARDS ONE ANOTHER
RECEIVE (or accept) ONE ANOTHER
GREET ONE ANOTHER (with a Holy kiss)
HAVE THE SAME CARE FOR ONE ANOTHER
THROUGH LOVE, SERVE ONE ANOTHER
BEAR WITH ONE ANOTHER
BE KIND, TENDERHEARTED AND FORGIVE ONE ANOTHER
SUBMIT TO ONE ANOTHER
TEACH AND ADMONISH ONE ANOTHER ...
(in singing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs to one another)
ABOUND IN LOVE TO ONE ANOTHER
COMFORT ONE ANOTHER
EDIFY ONE ANOTHER
EXHORT ONE ANOTHER
CONSIDER ONE ANOTHER
CONFESS YOUR SINS TO ONE ANOTHER
HAVE COMPASSION FOR ONE ANOTHER
MINISTER (YOUR GIFT) TO ONE ANOTHER
BE SUBMISSIVE TOWARDS ONE ANOTHER CLOTHED WITH HUMILITY
LOVE ONE ANOTHER FERVENTLY AND WITH A PURE HEART

“God places us where He wants us to serve, and every task we undertake should be given our all, whether there's one person listening or a multitude. God calls us to have a servant's heart: He desires that our motive be to glorify Him, not ourselves. He is not concerned with the recognition we receive. He desires our obedience and our best effort. #DedicatedService”

from St Matthew aka The Streets Disciple

Think back on those  early days when u first learned about Jesus..Remember how u were fired up and remained faithful even tho it meant losing friends, jobs  and terrible sufferings.
Sometimes you had to go through public ridicule becuz you decided to walk a path that many felt was reserved for “ old people “…not reserved for when you young and having a good time partying…
Sometimes you even help encourage others who were going through the same difficulties to remain on the narrow path and walk away from “ good life” party scene…social club.. revelings… clubbings….excessiveness…the nothing life..the non eternal factors.
You suffered with those with those who were punished and even thrown into jail.
When all was taken away from you and you couldn’t find the finances to cover your outstanding bills, you accepted it with all joy as  you knew better  things were waiting ahead for you that would last forever…
So again…DO NOT THROW AWAY THIS CONFIDENT TRUST IN THE LORD..REMEMBER THE GREAT REWARD IT BRINGS/BROUGHT YOU!!!!
Patient endurance is what you need now,so that you will continue to do God’s will, then you will receive all that he has promised..
For in just a little while the Coming One will return and not delay.
The righteous will live by Faith and trust in Him…But the Almighty will take pleasure in NO ONE WHO TURNS AWAY… Be not like others who turn away from God to their own destruction..be as the Faithful ones, whos souls will be saved..” Get back in line…Stay in Line… or OR Get in line “….

"You are not an accident, your birth was no mistake or mishap, and your life is no fluke of nature, your parents may not have planned u, but God did, he was not at all surprised by your birth, in fact he expected it, long before u were conceived by your parents u were conceived in the mind of God, to do what you’re doing now, he thought of u first, it is not by chance nor luck, nor coincidence that u r breathing at this very moment, the Bible say, the Lord will fulfill his purpose for u, I want to tell some one put God first in their life and he will do the rest, God bless u keep doing what u r doing and God will bless u."

from DJ Patrick (Living Waters)

Well this week I have not got round to getting a word from a Gospel Reggae artist or dj so for a change, I'm going to share one from me!
I was at a prayer meeting yesterday and my brother shared about families joining together and building the walls with a weapon in one hand and building with the other, being on guard while we build.
The word that dropped in my spirit was from John 14:17 where Jesus (Yeshua) talks about giving us another helper who is just like Himself who He calls "the Spirit of Truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him, but you know Him for He dwells with you and will be in you."
hmmm... 'the world cannot receive' ... seems harsh, what's the world? surely not everyone on earth... no, those who have not come in to the Kingdom. So building the walls is not to make some massive fortress, but a Kingdom, built of living stones that together are the temple of the living God.
We need to invite people to come out of 'the world' and into the Kingdom so they can know the Spirit of Truth (who is also our source of true joy and our strength).

from Edward Holland Jr:

"The gospel in essence is very simple, we are sinners but God has granted us grace and mercy through Jesus because he loves us, we are all so familiar with John 3:16. so why is it that we still tend to look down upon non Christians and expect them to conform to our ideals before they give their hearts to Christ? as soon as we judge somebody what we are really doing is proclaiming ourselves to be perfect. Matthew 7:3 'Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?'. people outside the church expect you to judge them because the common misconception is that Christianity is a religion of works but Paul said 'What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church?' 1 Corinthians 5:12. lets speak to non Christians in love and remember we are all sinners and we all need the grace of God no matter where we come from, what we look like or what we have done in the past. Sanctification can only follow salvation. Grace and peace - Ed Holland Junior"

from Kristine Alicia:

'Unto Him..who is able to do exceeding abundant above all that we ask or think..according to the power that works in us.' EPH. 3:20 "I read this this morning and it stuck out to me like a 'two-edged sword...
but of coarse... lol...thats what the Bible is...so why shocked...

Normally i the first part of the verse usually gets me excited cuz it reminds me how much God listens and cares about our needs and attends to our prayers...

But this morning the part that hit me was the part that said - according to the power that works in us..

to me this meant that we along with His spirit inside of us....this works out those things that we petition...those things that we need....

He has made a divine alignment with us His children to carry out his mission...which is far above what we could ever ask or think....and so i got out of my bed...more than ready to face my day
:) :) :) :)
Bless you!!! "
